Event Management Options

If you're looking for a complete solution from concept to implementation, we charge a management fee based on time to complete each activity.

If you book regular workshops, meetings or conferences, then this solution is perfect for you!  We do not charge for this service.  We will source a minimum of 3 quotations per request, provide you with the original quotations and you have the option to pay the selected vendor directly or via us.  This is a transparent process.

If you're looking for a vendor with specific experience in the sector e.g. videographer or photographer for community projects, note taking/report writing, facilitation and technical consultants, we will source, manage and pay the vendor and charge a 10-15% fee.
